InProv Yoga

Life is increasingly filled with busy obligations and distractions, less and less time is devoted to meaningful pursuits; few interactions feel deeply fulfilling. 

 

Our longing for connection calls us to explore something more:

We dream of sharing authentic relationships, experiencing meaningful activities, and re-acquainting ourselves with the natural world around us.

 

This connection – to ourselves and everything else – is the awareness that propels us forward as a collective community.

Our goal at InProv Yoga is to bring people together to create true connection in an inspiring way. Through daily yoga, meditation/mindfulness practices and communion with nature, we offer a community to hold space, uplift and support each other.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

I completed my 200hr Yoga teacher training with In Alignment Yoga, Restorative Yoga 25hr certification with Lauren Eckstrom, and my mindfulness certification with New Skills Academy.

It is my goal to connect people through yoga and mindfulness practices to their most authentic selves. 

In my classes, I strive to provide a balance between the physical and mental self, to reduce stress and bring awareness to the present moment.

I seek to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul, with the inspiration of yoga and mindfulness. It is my hope that my students step off the mat feeling restored, nourished, and balanced.
